Our class service-learning projects emphasize four major fields of study: business, journalism, political science and education. Leadership rolls are also integrated into every project. Projects range from traditional penny drives that can require less than 3 students to entire class projects that evoke the support of local community leaders and business owners.
Projects are administered by Photosynthesis.org and require a assumed contract of authenticity. This contract helps us better prepare for the distribution of our FREE saplings and insure the quality control of your project. For more details about our contract, please click here.

Summary: Journalism we offer examples of published articles, we offer tips on writing for publications and allow for feedback. In the field of journalism, you may select the level of involvement that best suits your students ranging from publications such as NSTA journals to school newspapers.

Summary: Business involves fundraising in a variety of ways and is made easy by your access to our fundraising speeches. We provide tips and suggestions as well as ideas ranging from penny drives to soliciting donations for a tax exception.

Summary: Political Science involves contacting politicians ranging from local lawmakers to federal and state senators. We provide templates for political letters, updated lists of environmental issues in the House and prefabricated letters to be sent to senators and congressmen.

Summary: Education involves your class educating a group of students that will range from second graders to high school biology classes. At the end of the educational portion, Photosynthesis.org will mail your class as well as those taught free evergreen saplings.
