STARTER KIT REGISTRATION

Thank you for your interest in working with Photosynthesis.org. We currently require that a simple form be filled out and an assumed agreement be contracted. This states you will start the project within 60 days and complete the project within 90 days. Once this form has been completed we will email you your personal Starter Kit. You will need Adobe Acrobat to open the Starter Kit. Please fill out ALL of the information below.
